Wonwoo is missing a head but somehow he doesn't really care, there's other, more important stuff, like figuring out what Minghao is writing on his skin. Chan is just bored, here time doesn't pass after all, and guiding souls to the afterlife just becomes the same old routine over and over after a few hundred times. Thus all the meddling he's doing. People need his enlightened help, and annoying Jeonghan about it is just a bonus, really.
