Summary
Charlie had always been fascinated by myths and legends, her favorite amongst them all is having a destined one for you to spend time with for eternity. She was delighted to find her one true love; and— despite her Beloved being an exiled fallen angel—Charlie had been happier than ever. Another legend being the Executioner. It has no name, nor is it well known by others. The book’s author is unknown, but she could see the symbol of a rose embedded into the book, spreading wonderful yet terrifying tales of the Executioner. As if they did not want him to be forgotten.
Then, she met Alastor, who looked so similar yet different to the Executioner she had once admired and looked up to. Her eyes fell to his hand where a short, black thread was wrapped around it lifelessly. Charlie had never met someone who would deliberately cut their red string of fate, almost as if they didn't want to meet their fated partner.
As if Fate were mocking the poor Radio Demon, Charlie had to hold herself back from speaking her thoughts as she saw her father’s broken red string calling out to Alastor's.
Did this mean that the Radio Demon—who she'd guessed was the Executioner—would be her Stepmo—father?

Summary
Lucifer was curious about the dress, obviously well cared for, and thick piles of letters inside the box hidden at the corner in Alastor's room. His plan to put a secret love letter in Alastor's room was halted, instead he was feeling jealous of the man who was able to capture the heart of the untouchable, cold Radio Demon.
He thought he could be Alastor's first love but there was a promise that he had never claimed after his beloved's death. Until he met that first love, and damn. . .he can understand why the radio demon was smitten to that man.
Damn it, why is Alastor's standard as high as heaven? Isn't he also a standard?

Summary
Lucifer, in waiting for the truce to be broken, to save Charlie, realized that the truce shouldn't have even mattered. Now, he has a crippled, daughter instead of the vibrant one he had raised. He's going to burn heaven in retribution.
The annoying red blight on the hotel is going to help him do it, or Lucifer is going to tear his soul asunder for trying to make a deal with his darling daughter.
Alastor's going to find a back door to his new deal, all deals have loopholes if you look hard enough.

Summary
Lucifer and Lilith's divorce is finalized. He loves her, but their disagreements on politics and how to raise their daughter have reached a head. Lilith is talking about another Rebellion for Satan's sake. They just had a failed one 2,000 years ago… and that went, oh so well for them.
He wants no part in it; he won't let Charlie be a part of it.
Handing over most of his power in exchange for keeping Charlie safe is a small price to pay. Only, he doesn't know how to take care of a child. Luckily, he gained an interesting servant in the divorce, a near-silent redhead might be exactly what he needed to fill the void left in his life.
Alastor is anything but a saint. He's lucky the king's a bleeding, soft-hearted fool. One that never questioned his motives or the reality of his first deal that landed him in the King's Parlor. This second deal is ripe with opportunity. If only he knew how to take it.
