Summary
“Cream critters are shape-shifting species that consist of cream,” Pure Vanilla explained sagely, “They are regular cream animals that can transform into cookie forms, or anything else.”
“Oh yeah?” Susie held back a sneer, “Well, sorry to break it to you, but I’m not that, either. In fact, I’m not any kind of sweet treat like you.”
“Then…” Pure Vanilla started, his eyes practically glimmering like stars, “What are you?”
“Well… I’m a monster from the Lightworld. And…” Susie explained rather humorously as she straightened herself, “From where I’m from, we eat cookies.”

Susie suddenly finds herself separated from her friends after the cooking minigame, warping into another kitchen-themed area littered with baking appliances. While on the lookout for her friends, she stumbles into a rather interesting dessert-esque monster. Both comfort and learn much more from each other than anticipated.

"The song that Kris was playing had a rather brightening and courageous tone to it - like a shining, refreshing beacon of hope within a situation of bleakness.
For some reason, listening to her dear friend’s piano music for the first time in a while suddenly gave Noelle a shred of courage and hope.
It was what she needed to hear for a while, after everything.
The song felt extremely reassuring, as if Kris was reassuring her from a distance. Just like old times. The deer girl could cry in relief upon hearing their friend’s playing for the first time in what felt like ages, if Susie wasn’t around."

“Hmm?” Carole tilted her head, seemingly confused at the rather sudden change of topic, “What are you sorry for, Monsieur Neuvillette?”
“For not being able to protect the both of you,” Neuvillette answered. “Both of your fates have haunted me for centuries.”

Summary
In all his years in this world, Neuvillette had never experienced such intimacy in his life. Indeed, he had made it a personal goal of his to keep an arm’s length (or further, even) to all people, no matter what. The only closest thing he has ever felt that was intimate was all of his precious times with not even any of the humans, but instead, with the melusines.
-Other than that, he has never received much intimacy elsewhere. At the time, he felt that it was the closest form of intimacy he would ever receive from others.

Akihiko was then snapped back into reality as he heard Kotone to his side rather nervously reply, “Um… I don’t really think I can braid your hair, Maiko. I actually…” Her tone faltered as she admitted, “I can’t really braid hair at all.”
Akihiko wasn’t too surprised upon hearing her admit that; she didn’t seem like one to care much about learning intricate hairstyling, as she almost always had hers up in a ponytail if it wasn’t loose down past her shoulders. If anything, maybe Takeba or even Mitsuru would have at least a little bit of knowledge.
Though, it didn’t mean that Akihiko himself didn’t know how to braid hair.
He glanced back at Maiko, who looked slightly disappointed, with how she pouted.
For a split second, Akihiko saw Miki.
Before he knew it, he offered, “I can braid your hair for you.”

akihiko offers to braid maiko's hair one afternoon. doing so reminds him of who he learned to do it for. in turn, he reflects on his past and present relationships with friends and family old and new, as well as himself as a person.

Summary
Diluc recalls years ago, when he was a younger child, and his father was gently stroking his hair as they talked about protecting Mondstadt and its people. The older man had constantly drilled the notion of becoming a protector of its people over and over, ever since he was little. Sometimes, it would be mind-numbing, especially for his younger self. Yet, on that very certain day, Diluc could recall with much clarity as his father told him in his soothing baritone voice of his:
“Someone has to wake up to face the darkness before dawn so that others may continue to dream.”

there are moments where diluc, deep down, resents having to grow up so fast - too fast - in comparison to others his age. how a young fledgling such as him had to take flight at such an early age. yet, he would do it just for his father. anything to make the phoenix proud.

Diluc finally answers Adelinde’s question, “I actually want to grow my hair out this time, if that is alright.”
“Huh? You want to grow it out?” Diluc saw Adelinde’s eyes widen a bit from the mirror as she stared at him, “Well that’s a sudden decision. What made you decide on that, young master?”
"Well... Kaeya once mentioned how people from his area would grow their hair out. I want to do the same for him, so that he can feel more at home here with us.”

when they were both children, diluc made a decision regarding his hair in order to make kaeya feel more comfortable and at home. his signature crimson strands have a whole new meaning as it undergoes many changes throughout the years, representing more than just the ragnvindr clan.

Summary

During his days as a framed vagabond, Dimitri has spent some of his time within the slums. There, he experiences the hardships the people of the slums go through as he lived with them, ate with them, and fought for them. For the first time, he is truly aware of just how divided society is - between the struggling common folk, and himself as a prince who lived rather lavishly once upon a time.

Dimitri thinks of himself as a bloodstained beast, a corpse among the living. He thinks he is irredeemable with the amount of blood he has spilled and all of the atrocities he has committed.
However, there are some of those who may think otherwise. A specific, innocent pair of youths approaches him with that belief through kind words and a gift.
Based off of the fourth picture from this set and also the NPC dialogue of him patting the head of an orphan.

One-shot, in which Toriel accidentally kills Frisk during their battle. Based off of that one-second frame of shocked Toriel when you die in the battle.
