Summary
A young actor with just a handful of ad deals under his belt gets his breakthrough opportunity. Yoo Joonghyuk is cast to play the protagonist in the movie adaptation of the worldwide famous web-novel "Three Ways to Survive the Apocalypse". It is an incredible coincidence, or perhaps a stroke of unfathomable fate, that he shares the name with the character he is supposed to play.
Yoo Joonghyuk sighs as he reads the script for the first time. He doesn't get this character. But he has to get him, if he were to secure his role and deliver a great performance. The Yoo Joonghyuk of the popular web-novel had to become real, for both their sakes.

Summary
Kim Dokja realizes it as soon as he sees Yoo Joonghyuk grab a fistful of soil to put in his mouth, or, more precisely, he realizes as soon as Yoo Joonghyuk drops the fistful of soil when he tells him to.
This Yoo Joonghyuk would do anything. And he won't remember doing it. So once Kim Dokja is done here and once he's back to his companions, the Yoo Joonghyuk of his turn, the one he knows, he won't remember any of it. And Kim Dokja can gloat about it, he can make the regressor do something stupid or embarrassing and carry those memories with him as some sort of unusable blackmail. Unfortunately, Kim Dokja can't bring himself to gloat.
He raises his hand and pats the top of Yoo Joonghyuk's head softly, as if scared that a touch too firm might shatter the man like a glass statue.
In this weird predicament with no consequences Kim Dokja learns that most of all he wants to be kind. He wants to give without the fear of being rejected, without the looming idea that Yoo Joonghyuk would remember, or react, or judge, or recoil or…
Kim Dokja is kind.

Summary
Kim Dokja is back and left to ponder such things like fitting in and making amends. None of this proves easy. He was dead for too long and it's common knowledge that resurrection is a lengthy process. Especially because Kim Dokja was someone who buried himself at the age of 15 and didn't hope for anyone to care.

mortality - the way that people do not live forever;

Summary
“Never mind the fact that mine own body is not one that Thancred wouldst find pleasing,” Urianger says even as he tries to resist the spell making him speak. “His preference lies firmly with those of the feminine persuasion and there is naught I can do to change that.”
“Well, of course you can change that,” Uin Nee says with a laugh that chills Urianger to his very core. The air around them shimmering with gathering magic as they point directly at him. “You silly mortals, you just need to be more creative with your thinking!”
Oh, no. Is all that Urianger has the time to think before a very powerful spell hits him with all the force of a hammer to the head.

Idolatry is a sin. The faithful Ferryman knows this—yet when he gazes upon the statue of his savior that he so lovingly chiseled, he feels far, far closer to divinity. In the depths of Hell, Gabriel finds the Ferryman carving intimate details into his stone flesh.
(Alternatively: an arrogant angel chooses to encourage his most devout follower’s many sins—including, but not limited to, idolatry.)

Summary
“I am not eager to throw myself upon another altar for naught but scraps in return.” Gale steels himself with a deep breath. He speaks his peace to the wilds and the cosmos rather than his lover's face. “And yet. Marble skin, silver tongue... eyes like Moonsea rubies. Oh, you cast a fine altar, Astarion.”
With two discerning appetites, a deal to keep each other fed is the one thing that ties Astarion and Gale together. But the proverbial collar slips all too easily around Gale's throat, the lead feels right in Astarion's unchained hands, and both men think they've bested the other in a game neither should be playing.
In any case. As the greats say in lanceboard: there is no shame in losing to a stronger foe.
