Sakusa didn't feel lonely. He liked being alone. And when he felt the need for socialization, he could always turn to his cousin, who always responded with excitement that he'd been the one to initiate contact.
"I have you." He said without hesitation. "You're completely more than enough for me and I really don't need more people in my life."
Komori smiled sadly.
"I'm glad to finally hear from you that you appreciate my presence, but that attitude isn't healthy. You can't have just one person in your life." Motoya said in a rare, serious voice. "When you're dependent on just one person, and they leave, you'll be completely alone."
Komori Motoya, Sakusa Kiyoomi's closest and only friend, has always wanted his cousin to make friends, but Kiyoomi has always refused, saying he doesn't need anyone else in his life. When Komori falls into a coma after a car accident, Sakusa begins to seriously consider his cousin's request and makes him a promise: he will try to make friends. He doesn't expect how deep the bonds will be.

Bokuto pounds a fist into his open palm. “We’ll show him!”
“Show him.. what?” Inunaki murmurs.
“That he belongs here!” Bokuto declares, puffing out his chest. “We’ll make him remember why MSBY’s the best place in the world so he'll never wanna leave!"
Then Bokuto’s gaze zeroes in on the blonde. “You’re in, right?”
Atsumu opens his mouth. Closes it. Opens it again. “In what?”
“The plan!” Bokuto spreads his arms wide.
Atsumu groans, burying his head in his towel as the team scatters around him in excited fragments of chaos.
"Of course he's in." Tomas snorts, jabbing Atsumu's head with his finger. "'Tsumu would die if he saw Kageyama setting to his Omi-Omi ."
"Would not!" Atsumu whips around, horror on this face.
"Would too!"
when rumors spread that sakusa is thinking about leaving msby for the adlers, the team devises a plan to convince him to stay. atsumu miya, torn between pride and something he can’t name, finds himself at the center of it all, trying to convince sakusa that what they’ve become is worth staying for.

Kakashi smiled, twirling the band around his forefinger like a kunai. “Perjury and willful concealment.”
Iruka huffed and shook his head, lips thinning in a way that made Kakashi think he was holding back a grin. “You know, if I’d realized you had such a thing for long hair, I would have started wearing mine down years ago.”
Kakashi’s thumb caught the hair band, halting its revolution.
“Years?”
