Where Starfleet crew on duty engaging in sexual activity do so under duress, including but not limited to pollens, hypnotism, pheromonal activity, possession, biological compulsion, inviolable cultural mandate, feral intoxication, fungi, puppeting, brain fever, hot blood, siren cries, brainwashing, holo-infection, lures, angling, sunstorm, parasites, or any other circumstance wherein the lives of crew members and/or the success of the mission would be endangered were said sexual activity not to take place, they shall not be considered in dereliction of duty.
