Was it him the person you had thought about proposing, one day?” Nick asks with a low voice, almost inaudible, almost like he’s talking to himself “He’s my boyfriend…” he whispers again, without looking up.
“I know! And you shouldn’t worry, because you don’t have a single reason to do so. He’s yours now, he’s with you. I really don’t understand why you came here, honestly” Harry says defending himself out of instinct, even if he has no reason to react like that. He just- just wishes for Nick to leave his room and go back home to Louis. Because at this point Nick has Louis and fuck, why can’t he just go fuck off for once? Doesn’t he have enough shit do deal with already? Does he really need to get into this as well? Right now?

“Louis è il mio fidanzato...” sussurra ancora, senza alzare lo sguardo.
“Lo so! E non dovresti preoccuparti, perché non ne hai nessun motivo. È tuo, sta con te. Non capisco nemmeno perché tu sia venuto qui, sinceramente.” sbotta Harry, difendendosi istintivamente, seppur non ce ne sia alcun motivo. Solo, solo vorrebbe che Nick uscisse da quella stanza e tornasse a casa sua, da Louis. Perché è questo il punto: Nick ha Louis, se l'è guadagnato e, cazzo, perché non può andare a farsi fottere una buona volta? Non ha già abbastanza merda con cui scendere a patti? Deve per forza avere a che fare con questo? Proprio ora? -

In awe Louis stared up at him, his eyes wide and his lips parted. “I don’t usually make it a habit to go on dates with my clients,” he breathed.
Harry grinned, his touch light as he carefully swept a strand of hair out of Louis’ eyes. “Make an exception for me?” He asked cheekily, chuckling when Louis rolled his eyes.
“Well, since you asked so nicely,” Louis snorted and let Harry link their fingers together where they rested on the countertop. Finally, a shy smile crept onto those pretty pink lips of his and with his hands on his hips, Louis jut his chin out. “Are you gonna kiss me or what?”
Of course, Harry didn’t need to be asked twice.
