Summary
Eventually, Suguru is able to pin Satoru’s wrists down, holding them with one hand over Satoru’s head. He gets a few moments of something warm and prideful glowing in his chest, the thought that he won running through his head, before he looks down at Satoru’s face and realizes he didn’t win at all. This is exactly what Satoru wanted—to wrestle like teenagers, for whatever reason—and Suguru unknowingly played right into it. The wide grin currently illuminating Satoru’s face, despite evidently losing, is proof enough.
With a huff, Suguru releases Satoru’s wrists and rolls his eyes. He leans back, ready to chide Satoru for being a child and get off of him, when he’s distracted by—Suguru realizes there’s not really a polite way to put it—Satoru’s hard-as-fuck dick.
Or, Satoru accidentally gets a boner, and Suguru spirals over it.

Fingers press into his skin, a hesitation. Then, “Did you like the tiramisu?”
“It was different,” Kaoru says. He liked it very much. He liked the original too, but there was something about this one, something that had made him start in on the second piece even though it was selfish.
“Did you like it?” Kojiro repeats.
“I did,” Kaoru admits, “What did you change?”
“The coffee,” Kojiro says, “Found a blend that works by that brand you like. I thought it might be too nutty but…”
Kaoru swallows around words that get stuck in his throat.
Kojiro changed his famous tiramisu. For him.Alternatively: Kaoru has always been open with Kojiro. Physically. It's just all that other stuff he struggles with - to admit.

Summary
The thing about emotional consequences is that they have all of the gut-punch, full body aching of a physical consequence. They are all-encompassing, overwhelming, terrible, and completely inescapable.
In this case, Kojiro could have easily avoided the emotional consequences to his actions if he had just tried.
But he hadn’t—because Nanjo Kojiro is nothing if not a complete fucking idiot. And it was no one’s fault but his own that he had agreed to hook up with his best friend.
