Summary
Ni-ki’s been holed up at the company lately—more than usual. After both individual and group practice everyone usually goes home, but Ni-ki has been staying behind.
Jungwon is a bit concerned. He doesn’t want any of the members to overwork themselves, they’re supposed to be on break after all. Jungwon has asked Heeseung and Jake about it, but they (nervously) deny that they know anything.
Ni-ki comes home late every night with a scratchy throat, but to Jungwon’s relief he always has a smile on his face.
The older has taken to waiting for Ni-ki to come home, since he’s so used to them sleeping together.

Summary
Jungwon slips his hand in Ni-ki’s and it never fails to make the younger’s heart skip a beat. His hands are bigger, and they envelope Jungwon’s hands. The older’s hands fit perfectly in Ni-ki’s, always.
He laces their hands together and tugs Jungwon towards the convenience store. It’s late at night, and there’s no one but them walking down the street.
Or, Ni-ki and Jungwon are soulmates; Ni-ki just doesn't remember.

“Wait no!” He can hear Jay yell. “Do not get a room!”

Heeseung follows his line of vision to see Ni-ki.
“Ah,” the oldest snorts. “Our maknae has you tongue tied huh?”
Jungwon can vaguely hear a staff member tell them to get in front of the cameras. Heeseung pinches his arm.
“Jungwon-ah,” he whispers, grinning, “can you keep it together for now?”
The leader shakes his head to clear his thoughts.
“Water,” he manages to croak. Heeseung laughs loudly this time.
Or, Ni-ki has hair extensions and Jungwon doesn't know how to act.

The Asset has been trying to figure out the way forward since it left Captain Rogers on the riverbank. The body won’t comply; the mind won’t either and it is cowering in a small wet inlet on the riverbank.
The Asset doesn’t know why it is experiencing malfunction. What it does know is this:
1. Main Objective: Terminate Captain America. Status: All protocols breached. Mission
Unsuccessful.
2. The Asset is in considerable pain: Right shoulder dislocated with brute force.
