It’s Christmas.” Nayeon begins, a playful smirk turning into astonishment as the girl tears her attention away from the screen and meets her eyes. (Nayeon is sure that if Greek deities were a thing like she studied in history, that girl could easily be the daughter of Aphrodite or something.)
The girl’s lips curl into a half-smile. “Pretty sure no one should be walking up to strangers either. It’s Christmas.”
It takes Nayeon and Mina eight Christmases to realize that the road not taken was the right one for them.

Summary
Overall Mina has been living a pretty normal life. Or as normal as it can be when you're actually a centuries-old immortal.
Hold on, don't get her wrong, she's not that old. She's kind of new to this life, considering that her friends have been around for maybe a millennium or so.
Point is, despite wandering the earth for a couple hundred of years, she hasn't met many people like her. Apart from Sana and Momo, who somehow stuck around, she has met very few immortals throughout her life. She doesn't mind, though, because when she meets an immortal, they're usually trouble, and she's not; or at least not in that department.
But well, life has a way of messing with people and at a particular point in time it decided to mess with her.
Little did she know that an eventful night would be the turning point for the rest of her life: the night she met Lim Nayeon.

“Mina is not into tattoos and guitars.” Jeongyeon stated it loudly and clearly for Nayeon to understand.
“And she’s into what? Person who likes books and wears glasses?” Nayeon rebutted, snorts erupting from her throat. "I never thought a beautiful woman could be so boring.”
Mina hates musicians. What she hates about them is they’re too much of themselves, an overconfident, obnoxious personality, and definitely a player of hearts who always thinks about what’s between their legs.
