Soulmates— that’s what Anxin believes him and Sangwon are. That’s what he wants them to be, and if for some inconceivable reason they aren’t— Anxin once again tugs at his pinky finger, feeling the red string of fate allegedly tied by the Chinese Gods— he would cut this thread and run to wherever Lee Sangwon is.

Both of their hearts were on the floor and Sangwon knew that he’s the one to blame.
Anxin lets out a deep sigh, and tells him: “I actually thought I had a chance, you know? Turns out I was wrong. But maybe I misread everything. Maybe it was all in my head.”
Or, Lee Sangwon rejected Zhou Anxin when he confessed to him, and after a while, Sangwon realizes that he deeply regrets doing it.

Sangwon stops crying and smiles, leaning his face on his husband’s touch, thinking about his offer of something to eat, because apparently it seems like pregnant people don't undergo the concept of being full.
“I think I want some meat dipped in vanilla ice cream,” he tells his husband, who doesn’t look fazed anymore with the weird food combination he just said. It’s been like this for the past four months too.
