Summary
Skye already knew who her parents were. She knew where they were, how they were, and what they're (mostly) doing. And they're not Inhumans that lost her when she was a baby under thirty years ago. Nope. She's older than that. Way Old. And still young thanks to her dad, with a pretty big problem with how SHIELD Is versus how it should be, because she remembers how it was when it was started, thanks to her mom.

Summary
A series of mini-stories following the events of the MCU if Black Widow had met Skye from the very beginning and if Skye had joined in with the Avengers for Age of Ultron and other films (to be confirmed). The aim is to see how a cross-over of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D with Avengers would realistically pan out (and with lots of Skye and Black Widow of course!)

Summary
One day, she appeared out of nowhere on the doorstep, naked, cold and crying, laid within a familiar bowl. A Bowl that turned out to be a Shield. What was a Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. to do except bring her in from the cold?
She grew up. Surrounded by people who appreciate genius, she doesn't hide, doesn't run away, but embraces it, leading her to joining the United States Navy as an Officer, at Seventeen years old.
She was trained in unarmed and armed combat from a young age by the best of the best - the Howling Commandos. Incidents with Russians become a little too not-rare, but over time becomes used to it, looking forward to it.
She took in an orphan herself, raised her as her own, and couldn't be prouder of the Specialist the little girl grew into becoming. Or more amused than she is at her Daughters' choice of paramour.

Skye Carter dreamed of taking his mantle and joined the Military under a pseudonym, she's just missing the uniform.
Sharon Carter just wanted to help him fit into the modern world and learn who the real Steve Rogers was behind the stories and not the poster boy portrayed by history.
Natalia Carter... who knows what she wants, except to play matchmaker, and have time alone with her wife.Steve just wants to relax, slowly process, recover, and yes take the nurse on a date.
This is a story where they all get what they want. More or Less.
