While on the road to finishing round seven, and on the cusp of preheat, Ivan is forced to accommodate a future version of Till that appears on his doorstep; providing him clothes, buying enough food to sustain them both, all while battling his unrequited feelings for his senior.
His own Till, however, winds up in his bed and they sort of, kind of, talk it all out at the end.

Footsteps echoed.

“This better be good,”
Ego said.
“Training starts in three hours. I don’t waste time on slackers.”
Isagi stepped forward, fists clenched.
“I have a problem. And you’re going to fix it.”
Not exactly how he imagined this conversation would go—but desperation made people brave.
Ego didn’t blink.
“That so?”
The bastard didn’t even seem surprised.
