    A new path! Clone trooper Echo, previously believed to have perished in battle, was rescued from his imprisonment on Skako Minor by a specialty squad of defective clones with enhanced skills called the Bad Batch. Knowing that the extreme modifications made by the Techno Union set him apart from other clones, Echo chose to join the Bad Batch instead of returning to the 501st. Now, Republic spies have discovered that the Separatist army is building a secret superweapon on the remote Mid Rim planet of Castilon. Fearing an imminent attack, the Jedi generals dispatch the Bad Batch to covertly locate and disarm the weapon before it can be used.
