Summary
It was a new paintbrush set when Will showed a sliver of disappointment after his paintbrushes broke, a box of pens when his only pen ran out of tint, a dozen coffees, and a dozen night outs. It was a dizzying pattern, one that spent Will a couple sleepless nights. In his mind weren't his art assignments due next week, or an essay due in five hours, not even what he wanted to eat. In the corners of a hushed room that is his loud mind, stands a question waiting to be answered.
Will, as everyone knows, that whenever he opens his wallet—flies come rushing out. To put it in layman terms, he is broke. Really, really broke. Even with two jobs, money he seldom receives from his mom and older brother, he doesn’t have financial freedom. The typical broke, art major.
But, at least his childhood best friend with unbelievably full pockets is always there for him.

“What do I have to do?” Mike asks, eyebrows furrowing as he looks down at Will.
Will looks around, “I don’t know,” he says, sarcasm evident in his tone, “Apologize to El? For being an asshole and not listening to anything she said?”
“I’m not thinking about her right now.”
Will, across the room from Mike.
It’s not on him that he loses every sense of self control.

He wipes a damp hand against his neck, ridden with sweat and humidity. It doesn’t help with anything. He ignores the sweat at his palms, the stickiness gathering in his legs, and the burns heating at the surface of his skin. No, Keith doesn’t mind that at all.
He minds the freckled face, brown splattered all across his cheeks like constellations spread in galaxies. The smile that shouts sunshine pulling at the corner of their lips, the lean body at the registrar—making conversation and pulling out change. And Keith keeps on minding until the line moves, the people in front of him filing out to different directions. Until he stands right before him, before the boy handing out smiles of sunlight like it was nothing. The boy with eyes that always manage to pull Keith in.
“Heya,” he says, the voice cutting right through Keith’s mind, “What can I get for you today?”
— What Keith would do to keep the one he loves safe, and he would do almost anything.

Summary
The moon above the horizon, its serenity entrancing stars from the kaleidoscopic galaxy closer and closer. There are no clouds to be seen like in broad daylight, and there are no birds that sing and sway in the usual peach-blue sky— just the somber sky that hums us lullabies, the peaceful sound of waves rushing into the still shore, gentle to the ears. Wind caught up in soft chocolate hair as the owner clutches on to another for dear life, eyes closed as if they’re about to face death itself— and they have never really been afraid of death, they yearned for it, unfortunately.
Dazai also yearns to get off this hot pink abomination that’s going faster than light. And to unclutch himself off of his beloved partner cause it seems embarrassing.
Or; The two go out on a joyride, hopefully no gay feelings ensue within Chuuya’s heart

Summary
A shitty day at work, sloppy assassinations, missions— everything within a mafia boss’s orders, all shitty. Extended hours, his hands feel cold and dead under the leather gloves, practically begging to have the leather gloves taken off and reaching out for the sun. Days like this at the mafia has the mafioso’s brilliant blue eyes darkened and pretty much dead, it isn’t a very pleasant sight to see, forces shudders and harsh shivers down his fellow co-workers backs. He doesn’t really know his face wears this expression, and everyone was too afraid to point it out, so he's left clueless.
Or: an unpleasant day at work leaves Chuuya oddly cold, luckily a stupidly warm fish is waiting at him at home. Cuddling and whispers of sappiness ensues.

“Does it need to be like ceramics last semester? Do I need to drop you off and pick you up at the door again like a fucking preschooler?” Will shakes his head as best as he can, a whimper escaping from his lips. Mike grips his jaw tighter. “Speak.”
“N-no, Mike.” Yes, actually, Will wants to say. He liked it when Mike did that last semester, walking him to and from class like Will’s big, scary guard dog. Sometimes, if Will was lucky, Mike would wait in the hallway during his class, clutching some mass market paperback, spine cracked and curled in on itself. Even big, scary guard dogs have owners, Will would think as Mike stayed put for him.
In which someone asks for Will’s number and it makes Mike murderously angry.

"Your gaze seems to fixate on my mouth," William begins, his throat sounding quite dry, "as if you are expecting something. What is it that you expect, Michael?" He peers over his shoulder, big eyes and all. William stares wistfully.
The one where Michael has an overwhelming need to devour William.

Will lifts his eyes from the posters on his wall. He misses Bowie and The Cure during the split second his eyes take the road to Mike’s face. When they arrive at their destination, his heart trembles in his chest.
“I’m sorry,” he starts. Eyes still wide and sad. “Don’t be mad at me anymore, I can’t stand it.”
Maybe Will should feel bad for making his boyfriend go through such an emotional turmoil. But when Mike looks at him like this and uses this voice, he can’t hold himself back from enjoying all it. The concept of guilt be damned.
He has the audacity to push it too.
