Summary
Heat radiated from the pure, physical, presence that was Duke as he closed the gap between them. His breath was warm, the ticklish sensation almost a caress across Nathan’s cheek and Nathan balled his fists into the softness of Duke’s shirt - not knowing whether he wanted to pull him closer or push him away.
Duke knew.
He closed the final inch between them, his goatee rasping across Nathan’s chin, contrasting with the softness of his lips on Nathan’s as they kissed.
Set during episode 2.2 Fear and Loathing. How Nathan spent that one night he could feel.

Loosely based on this Tumblr post
An airport AU with Nathan as a security guard and Duke as a drunk passenger who's trying to make an important journey. When Nathan offers to help him, he doesn't expect his life to change forever. We have a road trip, a single hotel room (there's only one bed!), angst, fluff, smut and Duke trying to be a good dad. The rest you'll have to wait and see :)
