Which means that Martin gets...a bit of a surprise, the first time he sees Jon stretch himself up to reach something on a high shelf. Specifically, he's surprised when Jon’s shirt comes untucked, and instead of the flat plane of abdomen that Martin would have expected, a small roll of fat peeks out over his waistband, escaping where it must have been pinned down by the rigid line of his belt.

    And then Martin has to leave the room and go find somewhere he can stand with his hand pressed over his mouth for a while.
