Summary
otherwise known as the college AU to end all college AUs
Dr. Gaster is the PI (Principal Investigator) with a great deal of grant money for his laboratory.
Sans and Alphys are Ph.D candidates who assist him in his research when they're not working on their own. Undyne is a graduate student doing something similar. Asriel, Chara, Frisk, and the Monster Kid (in order of seniority) are all undergraduate researchers involved in the lab.There's gonna be science.
There's also going to be 3 AM lab shenanigans, multiple boxes of Monster energy drink, a nervous breakdown or three, campus grinding to a halt whenever Napstablook releases a mixtape, and Grillby's single-minded quest to get Sans to pay his fucking tab (estimated to be $1247.03 and his immortal soul).There's also going to be a hell of a lot of depressing shit related to Chara.
