Summary
Not quite Mary Sue-ish story of a woman from a modern world landing in Middle Earth and captured by guards of the Mirkwood King, Thranduil.
Athney Vallis is a biologist from the world of Damia. When a malfunction lands her team on a strange world she makes the ultimate sacrifice by sending her team home while stranding herself, forever.
She is quickly captured by the strange and hostile inhabitants and brought before their King, who promptly sends her to his dungeons.
Will she be able to convince the suspicious monarch she means his people no harm? And what is this strange attraction that seems to be pulling the two together whether they wish it or not. As though their coming together was a decision made by the very Powers themselves.

Summary
Jane Shepard is a bounty hunter with a past she'd prefer to put behind her. A chance encounter with C-sec officer Garrus Vakarian presents her with an opportunity too good to pass up. Partnering up to allow Shepard better intel, and Garrus a chance at bringing in criminals outside the limits of C-sec's red tape, Shepard eventually finds herself confronting a ghost from her past, and unwittingly falling for the plucky young C-sec agent.

Summary
It’s a recognized fact that birth rates skyrocket following wartime; it stands to reason galactic wars would have a similar, if not magnified effect. Shepard is pretty sure she doesn’t need to be in on this trend, but she did tell Garrus she might be interested... and the entire damn sector seems accidentally hellbent on trying to convince her it’s time.
