Summary
After Angel makes a seperate contract with a devil to return the time he stole from him at the fight with Reze, time freezes for the pair for exactly two months, without the normal consequences of touch and time. Maybe he did it to return the favor. Or maybe he did it because Aki was the first to ever touch him.
"Gently, palms turned upwards as if in worship, and slower than he’d ever moved in his life, Aki reached his hands out and, easing him into it ever so softly, brushed his fingers against the bottom of his jaw.
True to his word, Angel fell apart.
And, even truer, Aki was right there alongside him."

People keep coming up to Kaveh to congratulate him. Kaveh doesn’t really know why, and he’s a little too scared to ask at this point, so he heads back home, content if not a little bemused.
He is, unfortunately, reminded of it the very next day, when the door slams open and Al-Haitham stalks in. “Mind telling me why everyone was congratulating me today?” he demands. “About your pregnancy?"
Or: Al-Haitham is, without a doubt, the most annoying person Kaveh knows. Maybe the world’s second-most annoying person can help Kaveh figure him out.
