"Theo... Teddy, can we talk?" Leonid asked, his hands shaking.
"Of course babe, what's up?" Theo didn't look up from his drawing.
"I mean... a serious talk." Theo looked up then, worry in his eyes and charcoal on his nose.
"Yeah, what's wrong?" He dropped the charcoal and stood up, wiping his hands on his messy art clothes and sat on the bed, he took the book from Leo's hands and held them, "Are you okay?"
"I don't know," Leonid asked, "I feel very confused about myself, but I feel like you could probably help me."
"If I can, I will, what do you feel confused about?"
"Who I am," Leonid admitted, "Like... gender wise."

It takes a foreign druglord with great Korean skills and an accidental drowning for K to return to Suyeol's life. It takes a lot more than that for Suyeol to realize that he gets to keep him this time.
