Summary
It’s supposed to be Jeno’s nap time. He’s supposed to be drifting away to a perfect dreamless escape as his darling cat Bongshik slowly, but surely, shifts positions on his body during his slumber until he’s forced awake, nearly suffocated with a mouth full of fur. It’s supposed to be his treat after pulling the worst all-nighter known to mankind since he declared his major in architecture.
So what the hell is he doing here and why does this guy want to eat his cat?Or the one where Jeno needs to get some sleep, Mark is always struggling, and somehow Bongshik (real name: Donghyuck) the cat can speak.

Summary
Donghyuck used to be obsessed with Blackjack (at least a bootleg, dummy version of it), arguing that you could learn a lot about someone just from the way they play. He would rub his chin, black framed glasses slipping low on his nose bridge. “Blackjack is about knowing when to quit. Knowing how to fight back to what’s up here,” he uses two fingers to tap his temple.
“Hit,” Jeno had responded, groaning as he received a Jack. “Fuck, I got a bust card. I’m out. 28.”
Donghyuck grins at him, dropping open his hand. A Queen, a three, and a two, making 15, which also means that if Jeno hadn’t asked for another card, Jeno would’ve won. “You gotta learn when to stop, Jen. You can surrender your hand or take a stand.”
Or the one where Jeno crashes and burns, unknowingly falls in love with Nice Guy Mark Lee, and learns how to fight for himself, basically in that order.

Summary
The first time Jeno laid eyes on Donghyuck was at the fourth grade spelling bee. He had suffered a rather humiliating loss at the word 'theorem' and consequently sat out for the rest of the finals. Jeno had tried every tactic at the microphone to buy himself some time to try and remember, but the only letter that floated to mind was 't'. It didn't really matter at the end of the day though, because Jeno wins something even better. A best friend.
He watched his final opponent, a pretty, honey-voiced boy (with a bad habit of fidgeting nonstop with his pants, with his hair, with his name tag that loudly yelled his name) tiptoe up to the microphone, correctly spell, "effervescent", and turn to Jeno with blushing cheeks and sparkling eyes. "I win! Do you want to be best friends?"
Suddenly, Jeno remembered.
Theorem. T-H-E-O-R-E-M. A truth established off of accepted truths.
And the simplest truth of all was that Lee Jeno fell in love with his honeybee Lee Donghyuck at the very first second.

Summary
The sun blinds Mark for a bit and he rubs at his eyes with one hand, waving goodbye with the other. He tries to blink the small stars out of his eyes, but as he watches Jeno run off to his teammates (the image of how close he was to Jeno’s lips plaguing his every thought), he finds that it’s a lot harder to erase polaris when it’s already been burned into his retinas.
Or the one where Mark sort of learns how to deal with the conflicting, life or death situation that is being in love with Lee Jeno.
