    "It'd all be obvious if he'd just take my damn advice and do a grand gesture," Riki mutters under his breath with a roll of his eyes, and he smiles innocently when Jungwon looks over at him curiously. "Nothing," he reassures him, and slightly squeezes his hand. "He's over the moon about you, and he probably dyed his hair purple to get your attention anyway."

    Jungwon's lips raise at the blatant conversation shift, and he can't help but laugh at the way his best friend groans and throws himself back after his response. "It isn't purple, it's lavender."

    "Down so bad it's disgusting to be around," Riki gravels, suddenly sounding much older. "The both of you."
