Summary
After Axis, Amuro and Char wake on a cold, lonely beach. Hunted by a Federation commander determined to use Char for his own ambitions, the two enemy pilots are forced to rely on each other and make their way through the wilderness to the only safety available to them. Along the way they must battle the aftereffects of the strange aurora which may have saved their lives, an unforgiving landscape and the shadows of both of their damaged psyches.
Maybe after overcoming the hurdles thrown in their path, they will mend what was broken and find love once more.
