Summary
You grew up in the town next to it.
These days, your family is split up, cloyed together in small bundles all over, tied together by some name, but most aren’t. You know they never left Maine, wherever they were. Alive, your grandparents lived on the outskirts of it, and when you visited in the summers you’d take the MBTA bus line into it. Everyone you knew went to the lake in the summer, went to the record store, the cafes, the theatre. You think your grandparents might even be at its cemetery.
You don’t live in Maine anymore, years of distance between you and it. Mail comes anyway, and the sender puts you off kilter. Your sister left when you were nine, yet, yet.
But it’s the return address that makes you nauseous. Because every once in a while, you still dream about it, that town.
Silent Hill.

Summary
Everything’s wrong. Streets empty, buildings quiet, and you feel like someone’s just out of sight, watching. You meet him James and end up walking together because, hell, better than being alone, but it doesn’t make it safe.
Little things keep getting you. A sound that shouldn’t be there. A shadow that moves when you look away. The town twists things, makes you notice everything you try not to notice. You try to trust him, kind of, you eventually do, but trust feels like a trap here.Bookmarked by upeachu

Summary
“You want to know what I was really thinking about?” Harvey rasps, the tips of his fingers skating against your waist, slipping down to tease against the elastic band.
“I was thinking-,” A finger slipping beneath the band, testing the elastic. Inching it away from your skin, but not making to remove them, “A girl like you should be taken care of.”
His voice drops, “And that I wanted to be the one to do it.”
(Or - Harvey overhears about your past lackluster experiences, and can’t help wanting to lend a hand)
