“That’s not a very nice way to greet someone.” Dandy scolded, his smile still not faltering, even as he had his head held down forcefully onto the counter of his small shop.
“I have questions I want to ask you,” Rodger said, through gritted teeth, his gaze dark and intense and his other hand ready to attack if he resisted. Dandy could very well be capable of much more than he let on if he could turn into such a beast.
“I’m sure you do, detective.” Dandy’s smile widened, and he looked up at him, his pupils flashing red for a second before they turned back to normal. “I’m sure you do.”
