“Chan glanced at him through the rearview mirror, his brow furrowed with concern. “Should we find a place to stop? You’re not gonna pull a Felix are you?” he asked.
Seungmin shook his head more emphatically. “No, really, I’m okay. Let’s just keep going.”
Jisung wasn’t convinced. He watched Seungmin closely, noting the way his friend’s hands trembled slightly as he gripped his seatbelt. “If you say so,” he said, though his tone was skeptical.
The van fell silent as the others turned to look at Seungmin. Bang Chan glanced at him through the rearview mirror, concern etched on his face. “Should we find a place to stop?” he asked.
Before anyone could respond, the traffic came to a sudden halt. They were stuck in a jam, and there was no place to pull over. Seungmin's nausea intensified, his stomach roiling with each passing minute.
Seungmin tried to focus on anything but the queasiness. He closed his eyes, taking slow, deep breaths, but the motion of the van and the confined space only made things worse. His thoughts raced. “Just a little longer,” he told himself, but his body had other plans..
