This is an au where countries can get pregnant regardless of gender. The children might be born as countries but they can also be born human.

enter razor. a quiet, sleep-deprived, animal loving lone wolf new to the high school, new to any school in fact. he's blunt and direct, and says things as they are. razor is as mysterious as one could get. he gets by as best as he can, silently, during his school hours.
but one afternoon, while eating his lunch, he is interrupted. by a very loud voice.
"ow! where did that come from?"
