Summary
Every summer the werewolf pack has a fighting tournament to determine who's the strongest wolf in the pack. Veronica is an alpha who tries to pass as a beta, but does surprisingly well and catches McNamara's attention. McNamara decides to train her and then things escalate.
Or
McNamara helps train Veronica for a fight tournament and they end up fucking, then it becomes more. Everyone's a werewolf and I over complicate things.

Summary
The Heathers all presented as omegas, which means they need to find an alpha to help with their heats. They don't trust any alpha's though, so Duke ends up reaching out to an old childhood friend - Veronica. It's not quite as simple as that though.
Or
The Heathers ask Veronica to help with their heats and Veronica agrees and somehow ends up in their pack, but has a hard time believing she belongs. And also there's some weird worldbuilding stuff going on.

Summary
Duke and Veronica are fuck buddies. Duke is also in a pack with the Heathers. This is all fine until Veronica oversteps at a party and gets herself in trouble with the pack... or so she thinks.
OR
Werewolves and Humans have different definitions of what "pack" means. This causes problems. And then some other shit happens.
