    Kurosawa technically was not a stranger to Adachi, but they were in no way shape or form close. They had a few conversations here and there around campus (usually Kurosawa being the one to break the ice) but honestly? They never sat down like this before and frankly, Kurosawa was just as nervous as Adachi looked. He was just better at schooling his features. He considered himself a pro by now—I mean, he spent the last two years pinning after Adachi so of course he was a master at hiding how he truly felt. However, sometimes, like today, he would have a slip up but that was because Kurosawa was a human who was bound to make mistakes.

    Kurosawa smiled again, crinkles and all, as he attempted to make this situation as painless as possible for Adachi. “Adachi?”

    Adachi hummed and lifted his head up, this time actually meeting Kurosawa’s gaze.

    “Breathe.” Kurosawa instructed. “I won’t bite, I swear.”
