Summary
“She’s safe” , he’s told, a bright, bubbly smile plastered on his parent’s face. “She’s being released from the hospital. A week, they told us.”
The message takes a minute to register in his brain– Saki’s safe, his adorable little sister won’t suffer anymore, she’s so strong, she managed to live through her horrible sickness, and the thoughts brings him joy– why wouldn’t it?
Though, an uneasy feeling crowds his throat, clinging on inside his throat so harshly that not even a sip of acid could dissolve it into particles. It hangs onto his larynx tightly, squeezing his vocal cords until all he can get out is a mere “That’s great!”
or, tenma tsukasa is afraid of this new adjustment in his life, and what it means for himself and the others around him.

Tsukasa gets too deep into character. Thankfully, he has a troupe, a sister, and a paternally-inclined Vocaloid to help him get back out—and also give him some perspective about his approach to acting.

Summary
“You’re so built for this life, Tencchi, it’s a shame it’s not going to last.” Rui sighed pitifully, clicking his tongue. “The monotony and repetition… It’s an angel’s forte, isn’t it? Working out of obligation, so little enjoyment for life…”
The angel just shot Rui a glare, and the devil looked away, yet couldn’t escape feeling the intensity of his angelic gaze burning holes in the back of his head. “I just worry about you, Tencchi! What if you never get to experience true love! You’ve had not a single romantic escapade in your whole, incredibly long, life…”
“Okay, okay, enough!” Tsukasa interrupted, waving to try and shut Rui up. “I’ll find someone that I really like, and I’ll go out with them, you’ll see!”
