Without letting herself think about the breath or the position, her fingers straightened and the reverse-twist released an arrow that shot through the darkness.
It all happened so quickly.
She rushed forward into the opening as a body shouted out. With relief, she hit, and stood her ground as a piercing glare emerged forward and instead of seeing her hopeful shot wound an unsuspecting Derek Hale between the eyes or in the heart, she was met with the angry red eyes of Scott McCall, with a bloody, arrow-stricken hand.
