Few know of Rey, the scavenger from Jakku who hides a secret that threatens to dismantle the fate of the NEW REPUBLIC. Tensions rise from within the war-torn galaxy. Generals Poe Dameron and Finn are certain Rey will return and rebuild the JEDI ORDER.
But the scavenger stands alone, a singularity in the Force Dyad that helped exterminate the Emperor. The Force is crippled, and old faces, friend and foe, rise and march toward the same goal: finding Rey...

Rey shook her head, a single tear running down her cheek after hearing his confession. “I never wanted the galaxy, I wanted you, only you. And I still do.” She brushed his hair away from his face with her free hand before moving down his neck to his chest. ”These last two months there has been a hollowness inside me, an empty shell no one could fill. Now that you're here with me, I finally feel whole again." She leaned in, her forehead against his and the tension between them so palpable one could cut through it with a knife. "You have no idea how much I have missed you, Ben. I have missed you so much!”
Post TROS fix it-fic. After the events on Exegol, Ben wakes up in the World Between Worlds where he meets Leia and she helps him back to the real world and to Rey. How is Rey going to react when she sees him again, and in a very *bare* state at that?

Summary
After the battle on Exegol, Rey and Kylo Ren are found together unconscious in the Sith Temple. Rey is rescued and, after some debate about whether or not to shoot him on the spot, the resistance take Kylo Ren prisoner.
After getting him back to base, the resistance must decide what to do with him.
Also Leia is still alive because she’s a hecking great character and I love her.

"You'll never be alone. Not with me," Ben promised.
Rey sighed contentedly in response, inching her body impossibly closer until The Force wrapped around her like a vise. She couldn't remember the last time she felt so safe.
It would have been perfect if it weren't for the gnawing absence deep in her chest. She was comfortable and secure in his arms, but it was not nearly enough. Ben was still on an entirely different plane of existence and her soul knew it. Her mind could feel him. Her body could feel him. Her spirit, however, couldn't connect to his and that was causing a profound pain in The Force.
Unbalanced.
"I miss you," she whispered after a short lull.
"I know," Ben replied through the bond, pressing his lips softly against the nape of her neck and making her shiver.
"I'm going to bring you back," she thought resolutely. "I'm going to do whatever it takes to bring you back to me."
