Dream was already sputtering, “W-w-what? The fuck did you just say?”
George is in love with someone else, but he's never kissed anyone before. So he asks Dream to help him.

George narrows his eyes, “who are you?” He asks, voice strained, his face still sweating from the humid air that filled his bathroom. The man smiles, looking down at George and the brunette swears it’s the biggest boost of serotonin.
The other braces himself, prepared to get a reaction out of the brit, “hey, George.”
He tilts his head in confusion as to why the other knows his name, but the voice sounds familiar, the way the name rolls off his tongue and out of his mouth. George has heard it before.
Or, Dream surprises George for his birthday.

It’s grief knowing George will never ask him what the colour of a flower is again, he’ll never bug Dream for an apple just out of reach, he’ll never ask Dream so many questions that Dream wants to pull his hair out. He’ll never blink at Dream with those deep brown eyes that held the universe in their depths. He’ll never know how sorry Dream is, how much Dream truly loved him.
or Dream messed up and it caused George his life. I guess there's only one way to fix this now.
