I loved the hurt and the toxicity becuasei t does hurt so much but theres still that hope that someone will change for you. I like to think that sasuke does change but also itachi??? whered he go. this was the fic that made me start thoroughly reading the tags

Summary
Madara Uchiha killed a basilisk demon that killed hundreds and thousands of people. Upon killing the basilisk the Uchiha clan was cursed. When a child was born with the cursed seal they eventually drove to bloodlust and madness as the cursed seal consumed them. Every time a child is born with the cursed seal they were automatically slaughtered. Five hundred years later Fugaku Uchiha was the ruling emperor of Konoha. His second son was born with the cursed seal and despite the holy temple and high priest pleading with him to kill his son he refused and banished his son to the manor. Plotting behind the emperor's back the high priest sends multiple assassination attempts on crown prince Sasuke Uchiha's life and none have been successful. The high priest switches up tactics and sends a child, Naruto, to befriend and gain the crown prince's trust. Naruto is to slowly poison the crown prince overtime to weaken him. Emperor Fugaku is sick and dying, when Itachi accends the thrown the holy temple will execute crown prince Sasuke Uchiha.

Finished. i have been following along for years lmao, wasn't gonna bookmark until it was finished but here we go ig. i have issues anyways. I love u and this and I have been following along for a reason because yes I come back confused and I know all of the in depth like analysis and foreshadowing go over my head but the dynamics are so good and so toxic and sad but sooooo good love sas and naru here even tho naru makes me sad. I can’t trust naru and it devastates me😭😭😭. I dont even know what to think or say, I've given YEARS of my life to this story and ngl when i was reading chaos and naru JUSTIFY them fucking to Sasuke I was um upset, however, i got my happy ending and its not EXACTLY as i pictured i am very content. wow i really expected sas to get absorbed too but idk it was like i wouldv'e been fine w chaos and naru if i knew sas wasn't there but he was so it was weird. Anyways i loved this and do i remember everything? no its beebn too long um but what i can rememeber is cute and sweet and fluffy, if you ignore the sad and angry and depressing shit between all of that

Summary
Inspired by Lord of the Flies, Stephen King, and Guillermo del Toro. I wanted to write a horror/thriller/psychological story. In 2006 nine teens were getting ready for the Academic Decathlon a televised competition with their teacher. However, while driving through the mountains the van that carried everyone careened off the side of the mountain. There is no cellphone service. There are no adults. The teens are left to themselves to survive and the darkness and ugliness comes out as they claw their way to survival in the dangerous mountain terrain. They're starving and thirsty. They happen upon an abandon campsite and things aren't as they appear. Something happened to the previous camper that is outlined in haunting entries on a map left behind, and what happened to the previous camper seems to be affecting and infecting them. Are things really as they appear and really happening, or are they all sharing in the same delusion? WILL UPDATE AS STORY PROGRESSES

I reread this every now and then and not only am I scared shitless each time, knowing exactly what happens, but also just amazed by the depth and the slow loss of insanity between the characters. The dynamics were enthralling

Every summer, Naruto visits the sleepy beach town of Oceanview. Easily the best part of the trip is the carnival, set up for three days at the end of August. As summers pass, Naruto finds himself coming back again and again to see the boy at the end of the boardwalk. First, he wants to win the game the boy runs, but it turns into wanting to win Sasuke's heart instead. For some reason, Naruto just can't get him out of his head.

Finished. Read 5 times, first in December. I would learn to bookbind just so I have a physical copy of this fic. I love this with so much of my being. I would recommend this to people who don’t even read for this fandom, I have actually umm anyways. This fic has me crying and sobbing each and every time I reread. The impact it has is left time and time again without dulling. nothing has left as much of an impact on me as this pic has, I genuinely don't think any work of literature ever really will. it just was just exactly what I needed it to be.
