The Omega Center was a place for wellness and healing that focused on their needs and wants. Or, as Megumi put it, a sex rehab for broken omegas.
After Megumi's heat suppressants failed him, his doctor recommended a visit, so he could have his heat in a safe place and focus on his healing. He just wanted to get it over with, go though his heat cycle with some alpha, and go back to forgetting about what he was. He hated everything to do with being an omega, and a week at some wellness center wasn't going to change that.
