Sirius pauses. Memories of how his fingers tracing the tanned skin felt, how his lips gently laid on his like someone would suddenly rip them apart any second, how the words were said in such a quiet tone they could not be accused of being muttered at all.
"But I don't know how love can be a sin."
Mother is so sick of Sirius and his nonsense, as a last resort, she obliges him to convert. He meets this one guy and then he gets even more fucked up.
Or, the pastor's son commits sin when he meets a troubled lad. Remus's beliefs he so dearly held, seem threatened.
