Summary
Robert Chase has finally moved on. Five years after his divorce from Allison Cameron, he finally feels well and truly settled into his life, lonely as it may be. Chase’s fragile contentment is shattered, however, when he runs into Cameron at a medical conference far from home and is reminded of all that he lost when Cameron left his life. What follows is a short but passionate whirlwind of a love affair where Chase and Cameron both get to entertain the fantasy of what could have been.
