Summary
Kaveh reaches into the box again as he locks eyes with Alhaitham. “I was thinking about using this today.”
He pulls out a viridian maid dress from the box. A zipper runs down from the chest area to the waist, creating a perfect window for one’s cleavage. Alhaitham’s mind whirs as he imagines Kaveh in the dress, the zipper pulled all the way down as he beckons Alhaitham to fuck him.
“Wow.” As if he’s under a spell, Alhaitham reaches out and runs his hand across the fabric. It’s soft to the touch, and Alhaitham can tell it’s made from expensive material, unlike the cheaper stuff the travelling salesmen have at the docks. He looks up at Kaveh. “You’ll look amazing in this.”
“Who said that I’m wearing it?” Kaveh cocks his head to the side.
Noticing that Kaveh has been in high-spirits as of late, Alhaitham invites Kaveh to do anything he wants for the day. The last thing he expects is Kaveh pulling out a maid dress and asking him to try it on.

Summary
Kaveh’s routine is dull and mundane. Every day he wakes up, goes to work, comes home, and goes to sleep. He knows there must be more to life than the monotony of his changeless years, but even so, he can’t put a finger on what is missing. When a blackout brings the entire city to its knees, the people around him start to behave bizarrely, especially Alhaitham, a handsome stranger who claims to have known him in the past. The secrets he uncovers in the aftermath may finally reveal the hidden turmoil in his life.

After a particularly hard day at the office, Alhaitham heads to the local bar for a quick drink. There he meets a gorgeous man who he instantly hits it off with and decides to sleep with. Little does he know that this man he’s decided to bed is going to show up in his life again in the most unexpected way… as the expert witness he’s hired for his current case.
In which Alhaitham is a lawyer, Kaveh is an expert architect and the two have to keep their relationship a secret from the adversaries or they could lose the case.

And not just any ordinary day, this was supposed to be one of the most important days of their lives! Before he can finish his sentence, he catches Alhaitham playing with Mehrak on the floor. He dangles a little fishing rod over her head to reel her in and steer her around the carpet as she chases after the toy at the end of the line.
As Alhaitham turns to greet him, Kaveh catches a glimpse of his smile. An actual, genuine smile accompanied with a short huff of laughter as Mehrak lets out a small mew and pounces at the toy.
Something inside of Kaveh’s heart shifts at the sight. It starts to pound against his chest, leaving his face flushed red, and his head reeling with thoughts he’s never had before.
The story of how a stray cat in an alley eventually leads to Kaveh realizing his feelings for Alhaitham.
