Summary
Gihun’s whole body burned with pain jolting through him, his head was pounding and he could faintly feel his hair grow wet, the blood on his fall— whether that be from his own body or the one below him— was sinking into his skin, staining it. He couldn’t bear to move. All he wanted to do was scream, yell, call out for help he knew wouldn’t arrive.
The closest sight of salvation was the grey figure standing above him, covering the lights that once blinded him. He thought this might be the last thing he sees before he dies.
Or, Gihun survives the fall.

Summary
“I’m only here for my brother, once I get good enough grades I’m putting in a transfer request.” His voice sounded stern and final, even to his own ears.
Gihun froze.
“I wouldn’t do that, if I were you.” His voice went quiet, glancing around the hallway only to find it empty. “Sangwoo tried that. He was the top of the school when he asked to transfer and they denied him three times. Now— he’s gone.”
Inho’s hands twitched, face contorting into something of confusion. “What do you mean gone?”
Gihun bit his bottom lip– a nervous habit Inho had noticed from the first day they met, something he only seemed to do when he was really frazzled. “Sangwoo went missing.”

Summary
“You never kill me. I mean— You get close, or tempted to, but you've never once killed me in any version of this. Why is that?”
Inho stared off, not speaking. His jaw clenched, and Gihun knew it meant he was holding back. He'd seen him do it a hundred times, even if Inho would never remember.
“Are you afraid?”
This made him scoff, looking off to the side almost rolling his eyes in disbelief. “I've killed more people than I could count, in my first game and in yours. I've killed my own guards–”
“I wasn't talking about killing.” Gihun stepped closer, looking at him once again. “Are you afraid to lose me, Inho?”
Or
The one where Gihun is forced to relive the games over and over again until he gets it right.
