Summary
When Ben Solo - surviving his attempted murder at the hands of Luke Skywalker, discovers holocrons deep in the bowels of the Jedi Temple containing damning secrets centered on the Skywalker family, he flees the Jedi hunting him and travels to Mustafar. There, he reconciles his past with his true origins and link to Darth Vader, who gave up everything for the love of his son - only to be betrayed.
His search for allies to aid him on his desperate mission brings him to the attention of feuding Imperial Remnants - one led by visionaries who seek to rebuild the Empire in a way that will heal the ragged scars ripped across the galaxy and bring true Order, the other a council of budding despots gathering under the darkening shadows of a Power long thought dead in preparation of unleashing destruction unlike any previous conflict witnessed since the era of the Old Republic.
As both factions race to claim the heir to the legacy of the Chosen One, he in turn races across the galaxy, evading the vengeful remnants of the Jedi Order, as well as the calcified forces of the New Republic in the hopes of fulfilling his most important mission - to find the man once known as Anakin Skywalker, and set him free.

“And because of your failures she’s alone again. I cant- I can’t even talk to her. I told her she would never be alone and now she is. Luke she’s alone. You’ve been in her mind enough to know just how much damage..”
His voice came out barely above a whisper as he wrapped his arms around his torso. Saying the words out loud made it so much worse.
“I miss her. I miss feeling her. Even though I had convinced myself I wanted her dead or turned to the darkness with me, I found comfort being able to feel her in the galaxy. She shut down the bond after Crait but I could still feel her. Now..”
“Now I’m going to teach you how to talk to her.”

“I was meditating in my room, and Rey appeared — you know that girl who rents from Padmé? She appeared in my room,” Ben tells them.
“You’re saying you had a vision of someone you knew on Earth?” Luke looks disbelieving. Ben nods. “Hmm,” Luke continues. “That doesn’t make a lot of sense. I mean, Leia and I had that unusual bond because we are twins. Unless it’s possible this Rey is your sister?”
Leia snorts. “I think I would know if I had twins. This guy was big enough as it is…” She trails off and her face darkens. “If Han had a secret daughter while we were together, I swear to God I will transport back to Earth as soon as I possibly can and kick his ass.”
Ben blanches for a moment, then shakes his head violently. “No, no, Mom. I don’t think you can blame Han for this one. I think there’s reason to believe she actually was born in this realm. Ieldraan.”
“Wait, what?” Luke jumps from his chair. “That can’t be possible."
Deep knowledge of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is *not* a prerequisite for this fic. It's mostly multi-era Star Wars with some favorite Marvel characters (Thor! Nick Fury!) and weird timelines.

"Me?"
"How else did you think you'd find him? Let the Force guide you back to him, a piece at a time. You can bring him home, Rey."

Ben's soul fractures across a vast multiverse at the point of his death on Exegol. Rey embarks on a journey to collect and piece together the shards, navigating alternate realities as she battles to bring him home.
