It's been 13 years since ADWD has been published and many have lost hope for it. The show was stumbling forward even in the seasons it was "good". This is my take at TWOW. I'm trying to stick to as close to GRRM's writing style as I can while trying my best to keep my writing accurate to how I believe the books will go.
Check notes on each chapter for citations on theories and evidence for them from published material.

All of Rhaella and Aerys' children live to adulthood leading to a familiar but different reality in the Seven Kingdoms in the year 297 After Conquest.
After the Darklyns rebelled against the Crown, Duskendale was granted to King Aerys' secondborn son, a rebuilt Summerhall to the third. Through strategic marriages the realm is bound more closely together than ever, priming Westeros and the House of the Dragon for another three centuries of prosperity. But as King Rhaegar spends more and more time fixated on scrolls and prophecies, delegating governance of the realm to his hand, Steffon Baratheon. As old and new grievances emerge, the realm faces threats both internally and from across the Narrow Sea that threaten to bring this newfound prosperity crashing down.
This fic is loosely based on a CK2 AGOT game where I modded the Targ siblings to live and gave them these marriages and titles.
