Summary
Karen gave birth to identical twins, and reluctantly gave the older twin to her infertile sister who so badly wanted kids. Karen’s sister travelled the world with her husband and her child, and died a few years after. Her child continued to live with his abusive drunk father constantly moving places. This time, he settles down back to where his wife started; Hawkins, Indiana. They move into Forest Hills Trailer Park and Karen reunites with her long lost child, Boris Pavlikovsky. Mike and Boris meet for the first time despite being identical twins. How will Mike deal with the slow robbery of his items, friends, family, his Will— his best friend, at the hands of his own blood?

“Go on, introduce yourself,” With one last gentle push, the young boy stepped forward. He shuffled closer, eyes flicking to the ground every few seconds.
“Hi, my name's Mike,” he thrust his hand forward, startling Will. “Do you want to be my friend?” He questioned anxiously, empty hand still outstretched. After a brief moment of Will staring at him with wide doe eyes, he finally nodded and lifted his hand to greet Mike. The taller boy clasped it, but instead of shaking it, he gently brought it up to his lips and laid a soft, lingering kiss on his knuckles.
“Michael! That is the wrong greeting for a prince,” Mike flinched and pulled away, embarrassed.
“It’s okay, they are only children, Karen," Joyce stifled a laugh. “That was adorable, you have to admit.”
