He was no longer in Hawkins, that much Will knew for certain.
The real question was whether he was even on planet Earth. The thought alone made him feel as if he was losing his mind because it couldn’t be possible...Right? To be torn from his home and dropped off into some unknown world without the faintest idea how it had happened.
And yet, there was no other explanation that made any sense. This place was so far removed from anything he knew, too strange and upside down to belong to the same world he was born into. Maybe he had slipped through space and time. Maybe he was dead, and this was the shape the afterlife took.
Whatever the truth may be, Will had come to realise he was no longer on Earth.

Will frowned, “We were in the stall,” he pressed, quieter now, “and then you just grabbed me like that and-”
“I was distracting you,” Mike cut in, his voice still calm, steady, “you looked like you needed it.”

Summary
The kiss wasn’t short or sweet, like the ones described in the books Will had read in the library.
No.
This kiss was hungry and dark, as if Mike wanted to devour Will whole. Almost as if Mike were a dangerous wolf, and Will were the helpless prey. He tried to push Mike off of him, but Mike was larger and much stronger than poor little Will.
He felt Mike force his tongue in; it was a dominance battle that Will obviously lost. Mike wanted to savour this kiss; he wanted this to be Will’s first and only kiss made by him, and him alone.
Only he was allowed to taint Will with his selfish desires.
