Summary
Monsters. Missing treasure. A mysterious cult. And now somebody’s stalking Amelia. Wait, is all of that my problem?! I’ve got such a full plate I’ll have to get my roast beef on the side—say, make it a double order. Medium rare.
CHAPTER 9: Lina confronts Amelia’s attacker. The gang wraps up some loose ends and says their farewells. Everybody has a different opinion about the moral of the story, which might involve singing and dancing? It definitely doesn’t involve Amelia’s suitors. They’re not important. (COMPLETE!)

Summary
After the events of War Crimes, Sokka and Zuko have escaped Zhao’s warship and are fleeing across the Earth Kingdom. As well as unfamiliar terrain, they have to navigate their shared trauma, work out where they fit into the war, and their place in each others lives.
Sokka is aware that being friends with the enemy is going to bring complications, but he probably should have guessed that being friends with Zuko in particular, was going to be a bit like dunking your head repeatedly into a bucket of angry Fire Ferrets.
Katara is also grappling with the confusion of befriending an enemy, something that doesn’t prove as difficult as she had expected with the bond of shared, furious grief bridging old wounds. (Learning a new way to look at her bending doesn't hurt either)
Azula, struggling with the Fire Lord’s mistrust, encounters a few nasty surprises and has to make some difficult decisions. Luckily, she is a great deal better at making sensible choices than her brother.
Her father may have made a slight tactical error.

Summary
"We’re lucky that we’re neighbors. The Nijimura residence might be large, but it’s pretty vacant. (And also in ruins, kinda, which is totally definitely not my fault at all whatsoever. Completely out of my hands). My bedroom is on the first story of my own house, and it’s just my mom and I. So if the guy ever needs it all he has to do is sound that stupid knock on my window so I can come and usher him in. Welcome to paradise. We’ve got videogames, big t-shirts, string-cheese sometimes, plenty of hair products, and a big comfy bed to sleep and masturbate in. That last part is VIP only. I do make an exception for Okuyasu, however, because my mom’s bed is off limits (“I called her a milf ONE TIME”) and my late gramps’ bed is like concrete. So Okuyasu can sleep in mine all he wants. Only sleep...most of the time. Probably. I’m gonna stop. So, he does his cute little knock, and no matter the time of day, I’ll get up and open the window for my friend."
