Summary
Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji are sent to the past after a night-hunting incident. Step one: blend in. Step two: avoid all the disasters looming on the horizon. Step three: live with what they know of how events could have turned out — did turn out — if they hadn't returned to the past.
All told, Lan Wangji thinks the war and the thirteen years of mourning that followed were easier to handle than pretending to be a teenager who is not married to his husband. Especially once there's a war on.

Summary
This is the result of a brainstorming session with a dear friend after a what-if session, which in turn was prompted by the levels of intimacy WangXian display post the adventures in Yi City and all the way up to that epic confession on the steps of Jinlintai.
So WangXian have up to a month leading up to the Jinlintai Cultivation Conference, which they decide to attend while resting up in Tanzhou. Just what did they do with all that free time and no mystery to solve in the meantime... Did they go for walks in the Back Hills of Cloud Recesses... play with their bunny rabbits, go on cute dates in Caiyi City...?
We attempt to create some of those moments and outings for WangXian, there are 20 shorts in this series :) :) We hope everyone has as much fun reading as we did writing all this :) :) Yayy for WangXian Obsession :p

Lan Wangji, generally speaking, did not make note of people. Of course there were exceptions, once faced with special kindness or distaste, but most often others left an imprint so light that it would fade from his mind in only a few days, if not minutes.
He didn’t feel right in his skin for the rest of the day after meeting Wei Wuxian.
