Pete sighed.
Not sure what but something told Vegas this one was off. “What is it?” he said, not expecting Pete to even answer. Perhaps, sigh again and get back to changing clothes, let them go to bed and deal with it all in the morning.
“Nah, it’s… probably nothing.”
“Not to me,” Vegas said, instantly. He jerked his shoulder to make Pete look up at him. “Pete, you know you can tell me anything.”
Pete’s eyes shone with the watery haze of alcohol and something else, something tender. “Yes, I know, I just… don’t wish to make you mad.”
Pete must have been drunk to have said it so blatantly like that.

Vegas hears from Pete that Porsche might have been asking about him and concludes he still isn’t trusted then. This could be a misunderstanding and Vegas fights with himself to not make this whole situation worse, just in case.

“Wh—? What?” Sam spluttered out. He ran a hand over his face and instantly became aware of the thick sweat sheen across his forehead and cheeks. The remnants of the nightmare refused to leave him. His heart racing, it almost had him feeling the crashing descent all over again.
“You awake?” Bucky tried, looming over him in the dim room, dog tags dangling from around his neck. He had switched a light on, but not the main light, one of the bedside table.
Enough that Sam could make out, he was only dressed in a pair of boxers.
“I could hear you, um… screaming through the wall,” Bucky continued, deliberately soft. He must have just woken up himself. “So I’m assuming you were having a really bad dream.”
“Was I?”
And, like that, Bucky flinched. It was harder to miss than anticipated.
**
Tomorrow, they speak to Zemo for the first time in years. But, tonight, they need to work through some things. Sam is more than ready and Bucky needs to let it happen.
It only gets better from there.

It was a message from Bucky.
Sam, I’m sorry but I can hear you, he'd put.
Sam stared at the screen until the initial embarrassment fizzled out. Of course, Bucky could hear through walls, he should have thought of that before getting carried away moaning into his pillow.
He needed to tell him that it was nothing and to go back to sleep.
He didn’t know what possessed him enough to type out this reply, maybe it was solely down to those goddamn snake glands controlling the movement of his fingers as he typed out each word. But once the notion appeared in his head, he couldn’t let it go.
You gonna come do something about that then? he sent back.

Sam feels the effects of that shot and Bucky shows up to help.

Steve shifted around, relaxing a little too easily into Bucky’s meagre attempts to retrain him. “Hmm, I was thinking…” he said. “I strip down until you’re completely bare, give that beautiful ass of yours a little spank—”
Bucky didn’t stop the hitch to his breath in time and they didn’t need to be flush together for Steve to hear it.
“…or maybe something stronger,” he continued, shifting closer at that affirmation, “and then fuck you in such a way that you’ll be feeling it tomorrow. What do you say?”
Bucky always wondered how he got in this position, with the Captain America wanting to have sexual relations with him.

Captain Rogers has gotten back from a long mission overseas and decides to come spend the debrief with Agent Barnes to show him just how much he missed him.

“I could think of a few ways that might convince you,” Steve said, crooked brow. Without warning, he leaned in and began rubbing his face into the sensitive parts of Bucky’s neck.
Bucky laughed and squirmed, engulfed in strong arms. “Stop, stop, please. That tickles.”
Steve’s merciless beard scraping against Bucky’s skin quickly turned into kisses that travelled slow up to his ear. “And it’ll tickle in other places too, I’ve heard,” he said.
Bucky’s hand involuntarily squeezed a shoulder blade, “Jesus, when did you get so dirty?”
“I’ve really missed you,” Steve stated and chose to punctuate that with a couple more sloppy kisses, “and if that’s what you might want right now, I plan to make it feel real good for you.”
Bucky’s heart fluttered a little. Steve wasn’t the best with words but his heartfelt honesty never failed to finish the mark. “Oh, permission more than granted,” he said with a grin. “You don’t have to ask to ravish me, Mr. Rogers.”

Once Steve arrives back in Wakanda, him and Bucky spend the night together trying something new.

Peach shifted closer, to his ear, “P'Kian,” he said, sweetly dragging it out before shifting back, batting his eyelashes.
Kian swears his own heart stopped instead of time. The sound of Peach saying his name was like music to his ears and sugar on his tongue. He could feel heat pooling in his own stomach, his gaze darkening.
