Lily leans close to Regulus and whispers. “I’ll tell you about my crush if you tell me about yours.”
Oh that would not be good. No, that absolutely cannot happen. Regulus does what he does best and deflects. “Oh, I think I can guess yours,” he says in a tease. “He’s funny, can cook a great Vindaloo, and sleeps in the same bed as you.”
Lily laughs, delighted. “Got it in one!” she says.

Regulus needs a place to stay for his next semester at Hogwarts University, and a couple, James and Lily, have an extra room in their on-campus apartment. Regulus quickly finds himself falling for the couple, but there's no way they feel the same, right?
Also, James wants him to meet his best friend Padfoot. What kind of name is Padfoot anyway? No, Regulus has not spoken to his brother since he ran away years ago, why do you ask?

Summary
