Shoyo remembered the horrified look within the tearless eyes, the way the boy had sat there unspeaking, even as his teammates began to wretch. As those same eyes bore into him now, they were still tearless, instead bearing down on him with a look of recognition and irritation, entirely unsympathetic to the fact he'd walked into him.
He grabbed Shoyo by the shirt collar, pulling him close and up to his tip toes.
Shoyo yelled, "You're the one breaking our promise! You can't be here. I can't beat you while you're here, can I?"
