Summary

And Switch just has to tell them about the resident spirit roaming the dark abandoned hallways of the Shimabukuro place, the so-called ‘extra ghost’.

“This thing’s really sharp, you know…” Prompto said, his gaze shifting from the blade to Noct, whose eyes were locked on the knife.
He got onto the sofa, sitting uncomfortably as he placed his trembling, uncertain hands on Noct’s shoulders, sliding them down to his chest before undoing the buttons of his school shirt, exposing pale skin underneath. He picked up the knife again and brought it close, pushing more of the blade out.
“You’ll bleed from this…” Prompto whispered almost to himself, his voice shaking as much as his hands.

Friday night is gaming night and it is something Prompto looks forward to every week. It's a time to unwind and goof around in Noct's apartment playing King's Knight. A time to forget his disappointing Cs and Ds and the stressful school week. A time to have fun.
But tonight, Prompto knows he's not going to have any fun. He has a task to carry out, something he can't risk messing up or things might go to hell. But he shouldn't worry about that. He's sure everything will go according to plan. Hopefully.
