Summary
Without realizing, Koushi’s days are filled with nothing but Asahi and Daichi. They eat together, hang out at their respective houses; their families know each others’ a little too much for comfort, and they sleepover more often than not during the holidays. They know what they like to eat, and their parents usually ask them to bring extras to school for break time. They share all their worries, watch each other disappear into their respective houses before Koushi walks home by himself, the furthest of the lot, and goes to sleep only after saying good night to the other two.
Alternatively, watching Asahi, Daichi and Kiyoko growing up through the eyes of the eldest of all four of them.

Instead of swapping Percy's and Jason's places at the beginning of the Heroes of Olympus, they are both placed in the middle of the country, together, with no memories between them. Told in alternating chapters is the story of the amnesiacs' attempts to find their homes, and that of their friends, guided by a series of dreams and visions that are just a little too convenient.

Percy wakes up in a field, and he remembers nothing. His only companion is a boy named Jason, who also remembers nothing. Together, they must figure out who they are, where they're going, and why these freaky monsters keep following them around.
(Instead of Jason going to Camp Half-Blood and Percy going to Camp Jupiter, Hera drops them off in the middle of the country and lets them work everything out themselves. Meanwhile, both camps are getting more and more worried about what's happened to their lost heroes...
